You can’t open Linkedin and not hear how the world as we know it is buckling in the hands of AI. No matter your job, industry, or tenure, that’s the narrative.
Like most marketers, over the past (call it) 3 years, I’ve opened ChatGPT or Perplexity or Claude and asked them to help me rewrite an email or do light research for me. That’s where it ended.
But now we have Claude Code and CodeX and Lovable, and these tools have gone from “rewrite this email” to “I need a software that does this…build it for me.”
I’m not a developer, but these tools have turned me into one.
The marketers who understand this shift early will have a real edge. I've spent the last few months obsessed with finding mine. The result is Tidepool.
The name comes from my time in Maine. Tidepools are tiny ecosystems carved into granite, each one complete on its own. Starfish, sea urchins, kelp. An entire world in a space you could step over. Small, self-contained, surprisingly powerful.
Each tool here does one thing. It does it well. And it was built by someone who actually needed it…me.
That's the design principle here. Every tool is a small, complete ecosystem. No feature bloat. No enterprise upsell. No demo request form. Just open it, use it, get what you came for.
If a tool here saves you twenty minutes, great. If it changes how you think about marketing, even better.
